ISDEGO project workshop at ‘Sustainable Mobility Day at TUM’ – 8 April 2025
Technical University of Moldova (UTM) hosted the event „Sustainable Mobility Day at UTM” on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, during which the international Erasmus+ project ISDEGO – Inclusive and Smart Digital Education for Green and Resilient Urban Mobility – was presented.
The project presentation was delivered by dr. Daniela Pojar, Vice-Rector for Finance and International Relations, as the institutional coordinator for ISDEGO from UTM. During her speech, she highlighted the strategic objective of the project and the planned activities for the implementation period, with a special emphasis on updating 35 university courses in the field of sustainable urban mobility, in line with the directions set by the European partnership.
A key moment of the event was the voting session dedicated to selecting the micro-credentials to be developed and piloted within the project. Participants were invited to vote on eight proposed micro-credentials, as follows:
- Road Safety Teacher
- Fundamentals of Urban Mobility
- Smart & Connected Mobility and Big Data
- Clean & Energy-Efficient Vehicles
- Mastering Urban Vehicle Access Regulations for Sustainable Cities
- The Power of Mobility Data: Discover How Every Move Matters
- Artificial Intelligence in Urban Mobility
- Autonomous Vehicles: An Opportunity for Cities
Following public consultation, the following two micro-credentials were selected for implementation:
- Fundamentals of Urban Mobility
- Smart & Connected Mobility and Big Data
These two options reflect a growing focus on smart urban mobility and data-driven solutions, contributing to the training of a new generation of specialists equipped to tackle contemporary urban challenges.
